05.08.17

it’s meal plan monday!  i try to meal plan every saturday (i used to meal plan on sundays but now my groceries are delivered on sundays!) & do my best to stick to the plan i create.  it helps keep me on a schedule and let’s me start my week off on the right foot.  I share those plans with you guys on mondays, in short and sweet posts– with links to recipes when applicable.

so let’s get down to it!

oh & in case you’re wondering – this is the meal planning pad i use!

SUNDAY | Chicken Drumsticks w/ roasted veggies

MONDAY | chicken burrito skillet

TUESDAY | Garlic onion chicken

WEDNESDAY | honey mustard kale/chicken/brussels salad

THURSDAY | chicken peanut avocado salad

FRIDAY | date night

SATURDAY | Leftovers

truth timeeee.. this wasn't actually my meal plan from last week.  its one from the months i wasn't blogging for a while.  i didn't use a meal plan last week… and as such its NO SURPRISE that i was just off the rails and i started breaking out and feeling lethargic and gross.  SOOO this is really the meal plan i WISH i had followed. womp womp.  but now as i'm on my train to D.C. for the night I'm about to sit down and plan out my meal plan for the rest of the week so it's all good ???

side note: if you're here because you're looking for healthy meal ideas && you're curious about the nutrition plan i follow, please hop on over here and fill out these quick questions && i'd love to help you! ?
