Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup of pumpkin puree
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cup s flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a 9-by-5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on both sides. Coat well with cooking spray.
Whisk pumpkin, mashed bananas, vegetable oil, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Separately, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and baking soda.
Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix in chocolate chips.
Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60-70 minutes. (The bread is done when you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean! )
Let cool for 1 hour, then remove the loaf from the pan and transfer to a rack to cool completely.
