Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
2 frozen chicken breasts
1 green bell pepper
1 medium yellow onion
1 cup chopped spinach
2/3 cup salsa
1/2 tbsp taco seasoning
Instructions
Cut the bell pepper and onion into strips.
Layer the spinach, bell pepper, onion, and chicken in the crockpot. Top with the salsa and taco seasoning.
Cook for 5-6 hours on low or 3-4 hours on high.
Remove chicken and shred or slice.
If you want the cast iron/grilled authentic fajita feel, before serving remove the the food from the crockpot and broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
