Unroll the breadsticks and cut each stick into three pieces. Wrap each mini hot dog with the bread stick pieces. Place the hot dogs seam-side down and brush the tops with olive oil. Sprinkle with everything seasoning mix.
Transfer to an ungreased cookie sheet making sure the seam is down on the sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until the breadsticks are golden on top. Immediately remove from the cookie sheet and serve warm with dipping sauces!
