Ingredients
15.5 oz black beans
15.25 oz whole kernel sweet corn
15 oz black eyed peas
1 small red onion, chopped
2 celery stalks, chopped
Dressing
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
In a large bowl mix together the ingredients for the bean salad.
In a smaller bowl whisk together the dressing ingredients. Pour the dressing over the salad and combine.
Cover and chill.
Serve with tortilla chips!
