it’s meal plan monday!  i try to meal plan every saturday (i used to meal plan on sundays but now my groceries are delivered on sundays!) & do my best to stick to the plan i create.  it helps keep me on a schedule and let’s me start my week off on the right foot.  I share those plans with you guys on mondays, in short and sweet posts– with links to recipes when applicable.

so let’s get down to it!

SUNDAY | Eating out @ Just Salad

MONDAY | Travel –> Try this Chicken Burrito Skillet

TUESDAY | Travel –> Try this roasted Chicken Soup

WEDNESDAY | Salad Kit (Earthbound Farms)

THURSDAY | Garlic Asian Drumsticks (coming soon)

FRIDAY | Salad –> Try this AMAZING Salad

SATURDAY | Broccoli + Carrot + Chicken Thigh Bowl

This week was pretty much a dud meal planning wise which is why i gave you suggestions for the days i was in D.C. for work.  the days that i did have a plan were either super simple things that haven't made it to the blog yet or we ate out because i didn't get to meal prepppp because of my travel.  i've also been LOVING the earthbound farms salad kits i buy from freshdirect (affiliate link!).  SO CONVENIENT.
