Ingredients
2 cup s all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 bananas, mashed
1/2 cup oil (vegetable)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Mix oil, sugar, and eggs in a bowl, or your stand mixer, until creamy.
Add in the bananas and stir to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients.
Slowly add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and mix until smooth.
Pour into a bread pan and bake for 1 hour.
