  1. Cut the ends off the arugula to separate if your bunch wasn’t pre-separated. Rinse and dry the greens before transferring to a large salad bowl.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil and squeeze the juice from the lemon over the leaves. Toss to coat.
  3. Serve immediately.
