HI! IT’S MEAL PLAN DAY!! YAYYYYY. (can you believe these weeks are FLYING by? i feel like summer is over already)
i try to meal plan every sunday night & do my best to stick to the plan i create. it helps keep me on a schedule and let’s me start my week off on the right foot. I share those plans with you guys on mondays, in short and sweet posts– with links to recipes when applicable.
so let’s get down to it!
oh & in case you’re wondering – this is the meal planning pad i use!
Sunday – Taco Wraps/Salad (using the Pike Place Kitchen taco seasoning recipe)
Monday – Pork & Spinach Meatloaf (from Nom Nom Paleo cookbook)
Tuesday – Taco poppers – (stuffed baby peppers with Sunday taco meat stuff)
Wednesday – Chicken Basil Meatballs (adapted from whole30 cookbook – SO GOOD)
Thursday – Leftovers (race day)
Friday – Garlic Onion Chicken
Saturday – Crockpot Buffalo Chicken
RECAP: because we’re doing whole30, i’ve been posting every meal we eat on my fitness instagram (ashtonesup) – i never made the pork/spinach meatloaf last week so i made sure to make it this week, also i didn't end up making the garlic onion chicken this week! we had a balsamic chicken bake that i just made up that night! but over all everything was clean & everything was whole30 compliant!
