IT'S MEAL PLAN DAY!! YAYYYYY.
i try to meal plan every sunday night & do my best to stick to the plan i create. it helps keep me on a schedule and let’s me start my week off on the right foot. I share those plans with you guys on mondays, in short and sweet posts– with links to recipes when applicable.
so let’s get down to it!
oh & in case you’re wondering – this is the meal planning pad i use!
Sunday – Chicken Basil Meatballs (adapted from whole30 cookbook – SO GOOD)
Monday – Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
Tuesday – Roasted Chicken (used olive oil instead of grapeseed)
Wednesday – Inspiralized Turkey Burgers
Thursday – Crispy Smashed Chicken + Spicy Pineapple Salsa (from Nom Nom Paleo cookbook)
Friday – Pork & Spinach Meatloaf (from Nom Nom Paleo cookbook)
Saturday – Garlic Onion Chicken
RECAP: because we’re doing whole30, i’ve been posting every meal we eat on my fitness instagram (ashtonesup) – so you can check out all the meals there, we stayed the course and kept things clean, but we didn't stick to the day-by-day plan because i kept forgetting to take meat out of the freezer hahah!
