hi guys!!

it's sort of unusual for me to post on a monday, but i'm trying out a new series, Meal Plan Mondays!  If you're anything like me, you love a meal plan.  i know a few other bloggers who are doing this kind of a post too and i love reading them (and i'm so nosy that i love seeing what other food bloggers “actually” eat on a regular basis).

i try to meal plan every sunday night & do my best to stick to the plan.  it helps keep me on a schedule and let's me start my week off on the right foot.  Now i'm going to start sharing those plans with you guys, the post will be relatively short and sweet – with links to recipes when applicable.  and at the end i'll let you know how successful i was at sticking to it!

in case you're wondering – this is the meal planning pad i use!

here we go!

RECAP: SO.  this week was “okay” with following the meal plan.  we had turkey burgers on Sunday.  Monday was garlic chicken & Tuesday wasssss the buffalo burgers!  we ended up changing plans after i made the meal plan, and decided to go to dinner with our friend Kyle on Wednesday.  i went to DC on Thusday and had late night pizza at the hotel – i'm not sure what frankie had.  Friday i also had pizza & on Saturday we were actually out at the NYCFC game, so we ate some food around the stadium!  Lunches for me are generally super easy & just repurposed leftovers.  Breakfasts are either fruit orrrrr yogurt!

and that's it!  talk to you all tomorrow!
